They were my heroes. So much so that I even attempted to send them a letter telling them how wonderful and courageous I think they are. They are so mature and wise beyond their years. I've also watched off and on the 2nd part of 16 & Pregnant in a show called "Teen Mom" which follows the girls after they gave birth. It broke my heart that Catelynn and Tyler have not had as open of an adoption as they had hoped for. It is a shame that some birthparents have to live with not knowing details about their baby like a simple last name. To me this only proves even more the importance of open adoption.
